Petaluma Chardonnay 2008

昨晚喝的烂酒今晚得到平反。petaluma的chardonnay 2008实在不错。非常均衡，不象一般新世界chardonnay那么的望而生腻。这款酒可以让我一直不停的喝而且越喝越起劲反映出它拥有很细腻而充满活力的acidity。回味是无止境的悠长。比起之前喝的意大利planeta chardonnay 07或美国newton unfiltered chardonnay03好得多。

不过我觉得澳大利亚的chardonnay年轻时非常好，之前喝过的voyager，vasse felix的heytesbury或者devil's lair都给我留下很好的印象。然而在我的经验中澳大利亚的chardonnay，尽管年轻时多么好，只要过了三四年就开始走下坡了。可能还没喝到真正好的吧。

Reviewer      JR Very pale straw. Not much nose. But lots of butterscotch and green fruit interest. A little crude but solid.

Precise and polished bouquet of grapefruit, nectarine and grilled nuts; the palate is silky and fine with tightly wound fruit, and very fine acidity; gloriously long and harmonious.
