Kunstler 庄主偏心-没喝到得奖之作

刚刚收到消息，然后查看以前喝酒记录。去了那家位于莱茵高的名庄，我还直夸庄主长得帅，他们竟然没有拿出Hochheimer Holle Riesling Beerenauslese, 反而从spatlese直接跳TBA.

为何我这么紧张呢，是因为5月在伦敦举办的International Wine & Spirit Competition ，他们家的 Hochheimer Holle Riesling Beerenauslese 10 拿了这一级别的金奖。

评委如下说”

Bright pale straw with lemon green flashes. Lemon oil, polish and herbs with perfumed crushed yellow flowers and wax. This is exceptionally bright and vivid in the mouth, the acidity is almost wild but caught by the very precise weight of fruit and honeyed sweetness. Masses of personality even at this youthful stage。

明亮浅稻草黄带有柠檬绿。香味中充满柠檬油、草本和压碎黄色花朵香味，以及蜂蜡味。入口带有无与伦比的鲜亮和活跃感，酸度奔放但很好的被水果、蜂蜜中的甜味平衡。很年轻。

以上是德国葡萄酒或此类别金奖葡萄酒

是的，够遗憾的。

不过这个月底Mosel雷司令要上海开品尝会了。我叫他们带些好点的冰酒来吧。
