 意大利Antinori家族的这支Brunello di Montalcino 2004（100% 的桑娇维赛）开瓶醒酒2个多小时后，呈现深石榴红的中度酒体，皮革、黑醋栗和酸樱桃的气味比较强烈。

 入口感觉果实的成熟度很高，平衡度很好很优雅，高酸中单宁中等酒精度，樱桃的果味很足、熏烤木桶味道、肉桂粉加咖啡的感觉很奇特，些许蘑菇和烟草味，回味悠长很甜美可可味。

Produced for the first time in 1995.

 

The Pian delle Vigne estate is 6km south of Montalcino, and takes its name from the typical 19th century railway station on the estate which is still in use. The estate consists of 30 hectares of fully productive vineyards and about 30 more which became productive between 2002 and 2003.

 

Brunello di Montalcino is made exclusively from Sangiovese grapes (known in Montalcino as "Brunello") in accordance with detailed production specifications. These are the salient points: - production zone: Montalcino municipal area - grape variety: Sangiovese - maximum grape yield: 80 quintals per hectare - grape - obligatory wood ageing: at least 2 years in oak - obligatory bottle ageing: at least 4 months (6 months for the Riserva) -

 

This is a Brunello that combines typical structure and considerable body with unusual harmony, balance, elegance. Rich ruby garnet red color. A mature, generous, complex nose with ripe aromas of cherries and raspberries, light tobacco notes and pleasant hints of coffee and cocoa powder. The palate is especially mouth filling and generous with confident, elegant tannins and a long, lingering finish.
