A finely chiselled cabernet sauvignon which reflects its ultra-cool climate origins. Berry fruit flavours are intense with maturation in new and one year old French oak complementing the characteristic herbal notes on the extended finish. This wine will continue to improve with careful cellaring for a further 10 years. Try with lamb shanks, marinated beef dishes and Irish stew.
