A touch of caramel and lightwood spice greets the nose here, adding aromas of pressed flowers and spicy fennel tones. In the mouth this has vibrant, almost electric, acids that are barely able to contain the huge sheer intensity of the fruit. This is youthful and could still benefit from time in the cellar as the finish, while intense, comes off as a bit aggressive. Still, this is very impressive Chardonnay.
