The earliest harvest since Trevallon came into existence, the warmest, the smallest since 1983. 40,000 bottles. The shortest vinifications to date (one week!)
Dated commentary
June 2010 On the nose, it is delicate and powerful at the same time, reminiscent of red fruits marinated in alcohol. On the palate, it is fresh and aromatic, with an after taste of milk chocolate.
September 2007 Strong and subtle nose, remembering macerated fruits then some "garrigues" touches. The first mouth is fresh and aromatic with saltiness. Retro-olfaction with milky chocolate. Great success for a vintage sometimes untypical.
