The Chave family has been making wine in the Rhône Valley since 1481. While much has changed in the Valley and the world since then, Gérard and his son Jean-Louis remain at the top of the heap on the Hermitage hill. Their flagship red is a full-bodied and assertive -- yet refined -- blend from their multiple vineyard holdings all over the appellation. (In the best years, a tiny quantity of the special Cuvée Cathelin is also offered.) Jean-Louis, has also developed a highly successful négociant offering of Saint-Joseph in recent years.

CHAVE是隆河的名庄,

从1481年就开始酿酒,

CHAVE Selection 是CHAVE的酒商酒,

用买回来葡萄做的Saint-Joseph ,

黑胡椒,浆果,花香,

不浓郁但是仍然有力度,

很不错,也很典型.

香气非常的不错,黑胡椒(为啥不是白胡椒呢),紫罗兰的花香.入口柔顺,回味短了些.但总体是很不错的酒

老派的北隆酒，我非常喜欢

很喜欢老派的北隆，这个Chave家的酒商酒正式如此。

很棒的花香和胡椒味道，优雅的矿物感觉。

入口以后不会以为强调浓郁，甚至作为这个品种，你会觉得有些瘦弱。

可是正是这种瘦弱，你才会觉得比较容易喝下去，单宁是唯一的缺点，有些松散和粗糙。
