After a complete maceration process, it has developed its potential in new oak fine barrels during 24 months. This cabernet Sauvignon exhibits a dark ruby colour, gorgeous aromas of spices a lush texture with layers of exotic fruit intermixed with a good tannic structure. FOOD PAIRING A very special wine which will best enjoyed with those courses most loved by the gourmets who opened the bottle. WINEMAKING PROCCESS Plot situated in the higher areas of the estate, slightly inclined to the north. Its soil is predominantly limestone and the plot has a very special microclimate since it stands at 820 metres above sea level and is surrounded by pine trees. The wine fermented at around 28ºC and the maceration process lasted a total of 25 days. The malolactic fermentation took place in new Allier oak barrels, of fine grain, medium toast. It then matured for 25 months. AVERAGE ANNUAL PRODUCTION 7.500 bottles
