The 2004 vintage was an outstanding vintage for Margaret River with near perfect growing conditions and as one would expect this release is lively and fulfilling. It shows a deep red colour with red hues and the nose is very elegant with perfumed, floral bright red berries and cherry fruit.The palate shows great concentration with rich cassis and red berry fruits. The acidity perfectly balances the density of the wine and the fine long tannins make for an extremely elegant wine overall with a great life ahead. A mid life beauty!
