Tasting note: As is the nature of the terroir, this is naturally very spicy and exotic yet it is both classy and refined, followed by opulent, rich and generous flavors that are at once fleshy yet detailed and precise with buckets of dry extract on the fresh, racy and sweet finish. This is at another level and competes most favorably with the Caillerets for top honors at the 1er level. Highly recommended.
