Dear Julien,

I m happy to know that I ve somes fans in Shangai, unfortunatly I don t
sell my wine in China.
I see your picture and I noticed that your bottles come from united
state market.
So, that s because I have 2 differents labels on my wines sold in
america,I work with 2 imports society in US.
The percentage of new oak on Corton Charlemagne is 50%. The grappes are
press then the must is cooling up to 12°C.
After 12 hours we make a settling on the must. Then the juice go in oak
cask and tempered to 16°C to start the alcoholic fermentation
with natural yeast.
I produced 2500 to 3000 bottles of Corton Charlemagne per year.
I ve many little parcels of corton charlemagne to constitued 1 hectare
of old vines.
all my parcels are located on village of pernand-vergelesses near the
parcels that Bonneau Du Martray estate owned in Pernand-Vergelesses.
