2012 Coombe Farm Pinot Noir 峡谷农场黑比诺
黑比诺是一个非常适合亚拉河谷的葡萄品种。峡谷农场
种植着最优秀的品种，我们不断地在种系间精挑细选，
筛选表现最为出色的种系来制造葡萄酒。2012年的葡萄
酒混合了MV6种系（60%），115种系（20%），14种系
（10%）和777种系（10%）。
在所有的品种中，黑比诺葡萄酒最明显的表现出了葡萄
采摘期的大气压等气候条件。2012年亚拉河谷采摘期的
天气棒极了，整个季节都是温暖而干燥的。结果是，2012
年的黑比诺是我们有史以来酿造的最棒的黑比诺。它带
有强烈的果香和香料味，酒香丰富，饱满而又含蓄的口
感使这款黑比诺如此的迷人。回味结实成熟而又圆润的
单宁，完美的体现出这款酒在5-10年的贮藏后会更加出
色。

Pinot Noir is a variety that is ideally suited to the Yarra Valley. Coombe Farm grows a selection of the most premium and sought after clones and each year we select the best performing clones for the vintage wine. The 2012 wine is a blend of clones MV6 (60%), 115 (20%), 14 (10%) and 777 (10%).
Of all varieties, the wines of Pinot Noir are the most barometric reflections of the vintage climatic conditions. 2012 was a great vintage in the Yarra Valley, with warm, dry conditions during the entire season. As a result, the 2012 Pinot noir is one of the best we have made, with an intense fruit, spice and gamey complexity on the nose, and the rich yet supple palate that makes Coombe Farm Pinot noirs so engaging.
Firm, ripe yet round tannins finish the wine perfectly and suggest a wine that will only get better with 5-10 years cellaring.

家族中海伦“内莉” 波特.米切尔出生于1861年5月19日，被尊为澳大利亚歌剧女神。她是
维多利亚后期时代和20世纪初最著名的歌手之一，是澳大利亚第一位实现国际认可的古典音乐家。
