美食记Root Cellar系列Tasting活动第一场，14位同学参加，Jean Marc共准备了10款勃艮第和博若莱的酒款。

1) Catherine & Dominique Derain, Bourgogne Aligote 2009, Burgundy France (CNY 250)

2) Emmanuel Giboulot, Cote de Beaune Les Pierres Blanches 2009, Burgundy France (CNY 500)

第二款的Emmanuel Giboulot Cote de Beaune 很神奇。Jean-Marc和我在cellar里找到一瓶上次

活动留下的酒，开了差不多有1个月，大半瓶的left over, 塞着木塞。我们试了一下，除了有

些许氧化味（不仔细闻感觉不到），nose上果味保持的很好，口感、酸度、酒体都很好，

没有任何质变的问题。非常惊讶natural wine能保持的这么持久，当然root cellar 的环境应该

起了很大作用。

4) Domaine Valette, Macon Chaintre Vieilles Vignes 2007, Burgundy France (CNY 350)

6) Georges Descombes, Brouilly Vieilles Vignes 2009, Beaujolais France (CNY 330)

7) Jean Foillard, Morgon Cote du Py 2008, Beaujolais France (CNY 380)

8) Le Clos des Vignes du Maynes, Macon Cruzille 2009, Burgundy France (CNY 380)

Jean Foillard 2008, 复杂、有层次、成熟红果味，很难想象是Gamay；2009年份的更

新鲜红果味，更浓郁，但没有08的复杂。看个人的偏爱了。

Le Clos des Vignes du Maynes盲品，动物味、earth味，基本就是Pinot Noir，没有人

会去Gamay.
