WINE-MAKING/葡萄酒酿造

Fermentation takes place in individual tanks for the grapes of each vineyard, with controlled temperature maceration on the skins for 10-15 days at 25-29℃(77-84℉).

各个葡萄品种于单个桶中分开发酵,在25-29℃ (华氏77-84℉) 下在温度控制下对果皮进行发酵10-15天。

 

TASTING NOTES/产品特征

Ruby red with organe reflections, clean and intense, with complex hints of spices, licorice, vanilla and cherries. Full, rich and persistent with a great, elegant tannin structure and finish.

红宝石色泽,折射出热烈的橙黄色。香味清新而浓郁,散发出香料,欧亚甘草,香草和樱桃的馨香。口感饱满,回味悠长,单宁结构优雅完美
