《全球葡萄酒中国鉴评体系》是中国食品工业协会和葡萄酒果酒专家委员会根据多年对中国葡萄酒消费者的研究和调研，基于中国消费者的饮食文化特点，中国消费者的饮酒习惯，和中国消费者的餐酒搭配习惯，而创设了具有中国特色的葡萄酒鉴评体系。

<China Wine Rating System for Global Wine> is a wine tasting system with Chinese characteristics, which based on the Chineseconsumer food culture characteristics, Chinese consumers drinking habits and Chinese consumers with wine habit. This systemis created by China National Food Industry Association and Chine Wine Top Committee, who has studied and researched foryears on Chinese wine consumers
