创立于2009年的葡萄酒俱乐部是上海柏悦酒店为葡萄酒爱好者及品酒新手提供的学习与交流的平台。

这个九月，上海柏悦酒店将再次展开葡萄酒俱乐部，邀您于9月22日，周一，晚6时至9时，来到世界最高的品酒室 - 93楼私人宴会厅，感受黑皮诺真正的美。

草莓，黑樱桃，红色或黑色覆盆子，蓝莓，黑醋栗，葡萄干，李子，野草莓，巧克力，玫瑰，紫罗兰，杜松子，乌龙茶叶，草本植物，亚洲香料，肉桂，泥土，烘焙咖啡豆，甘草，湿面团，黑胡椒，黑色松露，皮革，橡木，矿石，金属碎屑，生肉的味道，牛血，或熏培根，黑皮诺无疑为单一葡萄品种显示了它最为复杂的一面。

届时，上海柏悦酒店将提供超过120种葡萄酒供您品鉴。与此同时，行政主厨安杰符先生也将就每场葡萄酒的香气及口感，为您搭配特色美食。

This September, we are back and still thirsty for wine knowledge!

Created back in 2009, Wine Club is a Park Hyatt Shanghai initiative gathering wine aficionados and neophytes alike.

The September edition of our Wine Club will bring wine aficionados and neophytes alike to the true beauty of Pinot Noir.

Exhibiting strawberries, black cherries, red or black raspberries, blueberries, cassis, currants, raisins, prunes, boyzenberries, chocolate, roses, violets, juniper berries, Oolong tea, herbs, Asian spices, cinnamon, earth tones, roasted coffee beans, licorice, cookie daugh, cracked black pepper, black truffles, leather, toasty oak, stone, minerals, metalic shavings, raw meat flavours, beef blood, or smoked bacon, Pinot Noir undoubtedly displays the most complex profile for a single varietal wine.

Park Hyatt Shanghai inviting you to join the “mini-Vinexpo” from 6pm to 9pm on September 22. Drink up 120 Pinot Noir at one of the highest wine tasting rooms in the clouds.
