悸动春分——【酒藏坊】雍廷酒庄起泡酒之夜ANTECH Sparkling Night

雍廷家族在利慕研制起泡酒已传承到了第六个世代。这个位于法国南部的产区，是起泡酒的发源地。早於1531年，居住在这里的本笃会修士已成功研制出起泡酒，比香槟的出现还要早上一整个世纪。

自2011年3月起，雍廷酒款已经全面登上英国维珍航空的头等舱以及豪华经济舱的航空服务酒单，“维珍”在消费者心目中便成为一种追求自由，体验创新和乐趣，享受价值的象征。

The Antech family has specialized in making sparkling wines for six generations in Limoux, where the world’s first effervescences were produced. Documents dating back to 1531 recorded the triumph of fermenting wine in the glass flasks for the first time by the Benedictine monks at the Abbey of Saint-Hilaire, hence discoving the world’s first sparkling wine, more than a century before Dom Perignon in Champagne.

Antech has been listed on Virgin Atlantic on all routes for their Upper Class and Premium Economy services starting Spring 2011.
